Welcome to AzApp.one! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AzApp.one (the “App”), provided by AzApp.one GmbH. Please read these Terms carefully as they outline the rules and responsibilities associated with your use of the App.

1. App Functionality: AzApp.one helps companies track and measure carbon offset from their employees’ remote work or alternative carbon-neutral vehicle travel. The saved emissions can be used for the company’s carbon footprint report.
2. User Responsibilities: If you use AzApp.one as an employee through your company, you must not share the signup code provided by your employer with third parties.
3. Account Registration
   • Employees: You will receive a signup code from your employer. Use this code to set up the app.
   • Individuals: Register with your email address and complete the app setup.
4. Intellectual Property: All content within the app is the intellectual property of AzApp.one GmbH.
5. Content Ownership
   • Employees: The data generated belongs to your subscribing company.
   • Individuals: Content ownership is shared between you and AzApp.one. If you disagree, please do not setup your account.
6. Limitation of Liability: We are committed to continuously improving the accuracy of data measurement. AzApp.one takes reasonable measures to safeguard the personal data of our users. However, it’s important to understand that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. By using our app, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sharing personal information online. AzApp.one shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of your personal data, unless such incidents result from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Third-party Services
   • By using our app, you agree to authenticate through Firebase Auth, a service provided by Google LLC, to securely sign in and access features of the app.
8. Termination of Use
   • For employees, access may be terminated if the company discontinues the service.
   • For individuals, AzApp.one reserves the right to terminate access at any time.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be handled in Germany, at the location of AzApp.one GmbH’s headquarter.
10. Amendments to the Terms: These Terms apply upon installation and registration of the app.
11. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

By using AzApp.one, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

Welcome to AzApp.one. Your privacy is critically important to us. AzApp.one GmbH is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. 1. Data Collection: AzApp.one does not collect personal data of company employees that can directly identify them, such as their name or email. Personal data such as email is only collected for individual users, as it is necessary for the functioning of the application. Furthermore, location data is collected with the consent of user only.
2. Use of Data: The collected location data is used anonymously to calculate CO2 emission savings resulting from not driving to the office. This data helps us provide you with insights into environmental benefits.
3. Data Sharing: We do not share any data with third parties. Your privacy and data security are paramount to us.
4. User Consent and Control: By using AzApp.one, you agree to the collection of your location data. Additionally, individual users agree to collection of email. For company employees, data is not linked to user’s personal identity as they are signed in using anonymized codes. For individual users, data is be linked to user’s personal identity as they are signed in using email. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the app and requesting the deletion of any data connected to your account by contacting us through the AzApp.one GmbH website.
5. Data Security: We implement strong security measures, including encryption and firewall protection, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data on our servers.
6. Data Retention: We retain personal identifiable user data up to 14 months after the last use of the app or until the user requests its deletion. Anonymized data may still be retained for business use.
7. Third-party Services
   • We use Firebase Auth, a service provided by Google LLC, for user authentication purposes. When you sign in to our app, Firebase Auth collects and processes certain information, such as your email address or user generated username and password, to verify your identity and grant you access to the app. This information is used solely for authentication purposes and is not shared with third parties. We take appropriate measures to protect your personal data, including any data processed through Firebase Auth, from unauthorized access or misuse. 8. International Users: AzApp.one is designed to be GDPR compliant, as we do not collect personally identifiable data for company employees. This makes the app suitable for international users within the scope of GDPR requirements.
9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy: We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes through the website.

11. Children’s Privacy: Our app does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
12. Data Deletion: To Delete your Data simply send us an email with your username to support(at)azapp.one, all data related to your username will be deleted within 30 days from our system. We value your trust in providing us your data, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
